Temporary role for 8 months
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMED
- Prepares schedules and ensures timely completion of work orders for manufacturing processes.
- Ensure optimal inventory levels to avoid both shortages and excesses.
- Develops and maintains the Master Production Schedule
- Collaborate with operations to resolve capacity conflicts.
- Releases and prints work orders for prepared schedule.
- Interfaces with Cleanroom Supervisors, Material Handling and Purchasing and resolves concerns regarding schedules, part shortages, expedites, etc.
- Problem solves inventory issues by substituting parts and adjusting pick lists.
- Meets daily with Cleanroom Supervisors regarding scheduling issues.
- Prepares expedite list for sterilization preparation and warehouse personnel.
- Collects data to prepare reports for the Manager, Production & Inventory Control.
- Performs other related duties and tasks, as required.

Experiencia y requisitos
SUMMARY OF MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Educational experience equivalent to a minimum of a high school diploma.
- Two years of manufacturing or materials experience.
- Experience with inventory management, development of the Master Production Plan, production capacity, etc. (must)
- Conversational English level (must)
- MRP's system experience (must)
- Knowledge of production planning and scheduling.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
- Knowledge of business math.
- Ability to work under strict time constraints and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated computer skills preferably spreadsheets, word processing, database and other applicable software programs
