Una compañía de dispositivos médicos en Tijuana busca un Coordinador de Producción temporal por 8 meses. El candidato debe tener experiencia en gestión de inventarios y planificación de la producción, así como habilidades de comunicación. Esta posición requiere preparar horarios, solucionar problemas de inventario y colaboración con otros departamentos. Se requiere nivel de inglés conversacional y experiencia en sistemas MRP.

Formación

• Mínimo dos años de experiencia en manufactura o materiales.
• Nivel de inglés conversacional es indispensable.
• Experiencia en gestión de inventarios y desarrollo del Plan de Producción.

Responsabilidades

• Prepara horarios y garantiza la finalización oportuna de ordenes de trabajo.
• Desarrolla y mantiene el programa maestro de producción.
• Colabora con operaciones para resolver conflictos de capacidad.

Temporary role for 8 months

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMED

• Prepares schedules and ensures timely completion of work orders for manufacturing processes.
• Ensure optimal inventory levels to avoid both shortages and excesses.
• Develops and maintains the Master Production Schedule
• Collaborate with operations to resolve capacity conflicts.
• Releases and prints work orders for prepared schedule.
• Interfaces with Cleanroom Supervisors, Material Handling and Purchasing and resolves concerns regarding schedules, part shortages, expedites, etc.
• Problem solves inventory issues by substituting parts and adjusting pick lists.
• Meets daily with Cleanroom Supervisors regarding scheduling issues.
• Prepares expedite list for sterilization preparation and warehouse personnel.
• Collects data to prepare reports for the Manager, Production & Inventory Control.
• Performs other related duties and tasks, as required.

Experiencia y requisitos

SUMMARY OF MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Educational experience equivalent to a minimum of a high school diploma.
• Two years of manufacturing or materials experience.
• Experience with inventory management, development of the Master Production Plan, production capacity, etc. (must)
• Conversational English level (must)
• MRP's system experience (must)
• Knowledge of production planning and scheduling.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
• Knowledge of business math.
• Ability to work under strict time constraints and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated computer skills preferably spreadsheets, word processing, database and other applicable software programs
