Valeo in Ciudad Juárez seeks a Production Operator to support manufacturing, monitor quality, and maintain equipment. You will ensure safety, adhere to 5S standards, and report anomalies through QRAP when needed.

The role involves completing production documentation, participating in changeovers, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts in a large, global automotive supplier environment.

Formación

• Carry out production tasks according to defined standards.
• Monitor quality at machine ingress/egress and report anomalies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation.
• Participate in continuous improvement and safety practices.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out production operations and monitor manufacturing flow.
• Check and control quality; isolate defective parts and open QRAP.
• Perform level 1/2 maintenance and 5S upkeep.
• Participate in daily/monthly meetings and training.
• Support and train on site as needed.
