Copeland busca un Operador de Producción para turno de 1ª hora en Juárez, México. El rol reporta al Coordinador de Producción y se integra en el departamento de Producción para asegurar operaciones estables y eficientes.

El candidato debe leer y escribir, mostrar pensamiento lógico y cumplir con las normas de seguridad y kanban. Se valorará la puntualidad, cooperación, responsabilidad y compromiso con la calidad en un entorno industrial dinámico y seguro.

Formación

• Lectura y escritura básicas para seguir instrucciones.
• Pensamiento lógico y atención al detalle.
• Conocimiento de normas de seguridad básicas.

Responsabilidades

• Realizar operaciones de producción según instrucciones de la estación de trabajo.
• Mantener cumplimiento del kanban y mantener su área ordenada.
• Seguir las medidas de seguridad y el reglamento interior de trabajo.
