Henkel is seeking a senior plant leader in Mexico to drive manufacturing operations and service at the factory level. You will implement long‑term production strategies to improve efficiency and product quality, while delivering on KPIs, budgets and key projects.

You will develop the capabilities of plant personnel, ensure compliance with global procedures and local regulations, and uphold SHEQ standards. The role also involves representing the company with authorities and unions and managing

Formación

• Engineering degree required with 10+ years in plant leadership.
• Chemical industry experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Manages operations and service/support at factory level.
• Delivers against plant KPIs, budget and projects.
• Sets up development plans for plant personnel.
• Ensures processes and solutions follow global procedures and local regulations.
• Ensures legal requirements and corporate standards are in place.
• Has legal responsibility for fulfilling SHEQ requirements.
• Acts as company representative with local authorities and unions.
• Oversees Investment plan, Capex applications and fixed asset accounting.
• Applies Corporate Standards in the area of responsibility.
• Implements programs in HPS to steer OEE via continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

• Manages all operations as well as service / support department at factory level Implements a long-term production strategy to ensure efficient production and high quality products


• Delivers against plant performance KPIs, budget and projects


• Sets up and executes development plans for plant personnel


• Ensures operations processes and solutions are implemented according to global procedures and local regulations


• Ensures that all legal requirements and corporate standards are in place and in compliance


• Has legal responsibility for fulfilling SHEQ requirements


• Acts as company representative and key contact for local authorities and workers unions / councils in the area of responsibility


• Is responsible for the Investment plan, Capex application and Fix Assest accounting


• Is responsible for application of Corporate Standards in the area of responsibility


• Is responsible for application of all programs in HPS to steer the OEE in a continous improvement approach

What makes you a good fit

• Advanced english, interviews will be conducted in english


• Experience of at least 10 years in plant and leadership position


• Engineering related degree


• Chemical industry experience is a plus


• Strong leadership skills and stakeholder's management, needed
