Qualifications

• Accounting or Business Administration bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with PSL, Smart Accounting, related third-party accounting systems and MS Office preferred.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Results oriented mindset with a drive to achieve objectives.
• Ability to interact professionally with staff and outside vendors.
• Experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Entertainment industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable, Purchase Order, Pcard entry, processing, research and resolution.
• 70% Digital filing as required.
• 20% Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
