Cummins Inc. in San Luis Potosí invites applications for a Production Operator to join our on-site manufacturing team. You will operate production machinery and support safety and quality standards under supervision.

The role emphasizes reliability, adherence to procedures, and continuous process improvement. We value candidates with a minimum of 6 months experience, willingness to work all shifts and overtime, and basic PPE knowledge along with familiarity with basic mechanical tools.

Location: Eje 122 200, Industrial Zone, 78090 San Luis Potosí, S.L.P.

Work Arrangement: 100% on-site.

Education: Completed middle school and/or high school

Main Responsibilities

Operate production machinery and equipment in accordance with quality and productivity requirements, safely, in a manufacturing environment, and under direct supervision.

Requirements

• Verifiable experience of 6 months or more.
• Willingness to work all three shifts.
• Willingness to work overtime.
• Basic knowledge of PPE.
• Knowledge of basic mechanical tools.
• Job stability.
