Qualifications
- Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing or related Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership positions within manufacturing or assembly.
- Solid knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, inventory control, and continuous improvement.
- Experience in efficiency analysis, control of performance and quality indicators.
- Ability to coordinate performance meetings, demand planning, and production strategies.
- Intermediate-advanced English.
- Management of ERP systems (preferably SAP).

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Ensure customer satisfaction through the fulfillment of quality, delivery and cost goals.
- Maintain effective communication between the areas of production, planning, quality and logistics.
- Develop and report performance indicators (KPIs) of productivity, efficiency and compliance.
- Manage inventory levels of materials, WIP and finished product, implementing appropriate strategies.
- Define and update management routines that include: MTO vs. MTS, WIP Levels, and Production and Finished Product Inventory Strategies.
- Promote continuous improvement and waste reduction through Lean and Kaizen tools.
- Monitor the efficiency of personnel and lines, proposing improvements to processes.
- Ensure compliance with established safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the Planning and Supply Chain area for the coordination of demand and supply meetings.
- Develop the work team and promote a culture of high performance.
