A leading global machinery company is seeking a Product Service Engineer based in Santa Catarina, Nuevo León, Mexico. The successful candidate will provide technical support and guide customer and dealer personnel, ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include identifying product deficiencies, preparing reports, and liaising between the company and dealers. Candidates should have a relevant degree and strong electrical or mechanical aptitude. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills and a commitment to service excellence.

Formación

• Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques; ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations.
• Strong Electrical and or Mechanical aptitude, from a degree or trade background.

Responsabilidades

• Provide continuous support and technical guidance to Customer and Dealer personnel.
• Identify and correct product deficiencies and improve product design.
• Prepare Failure Analysis, Summary Reports, and review Problem Lists.
