A leading energy solutions company is seeking a Product Marketing Manager in Veracruz, Mexico. This role involves collaborating with clients and internal teams to develop market insights and drive product positioning. Candidates should have at least 8 years of relevant experience, ideally in the Energy Management or Building Automation sectors. Description : Mission

The Product Marketing Manager mission is to work closely with clients, prospects, market influencers in the company's target market segments, and with internal team members, to gather and synthesize information around market-wide problems, end-user use cases, and the related financial impact for the company's end users.

The information and insights gained and developed will be used to inform communication of the company's value proposition, company and product positioning, product roadmap and prioritization, as well as drive marketing communications and prospect development, go‑to‑market strategies and sales tools and enablement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Immerse yourself in the day‑to‑day life of the company's target market segments, identifying and documenting market drivers, end‑user financial implications, and competitive trends.
  • Develop and document company value propositions, End User and Buyer Personas, Buyer Journeys, and core marketing messaging platforms to enhance inbound marketing strategies and lead flow.
  • Communicate key market insights across the organization and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with marketing communication objectives and positioning the company as a leader in its space.
  • Align product positioning and messaging with market needs and company goals, collaborating with product teams to structure and communicate the company's offerings effectively.
  • Create and maintain sales tools and enablement materials to highlight product value and benefits, working with Sales Engineering to evaluate pricing models for recurring and implementation services.
  • Monitor and evaluate competition to inform positioning, pricing, and product strategy as needed.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • At least 8 years of experience in a similar role at a comparable stage company, with an emphasis on market‑driven approaches.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in the Energy Management and / or Building Automation Sector, with strong knowledge of energy efficiency and building automation.
  • Hands‑on experience with formal Product Marketing methodologies (e.g., Pragmatic Marketing), including developing user personas and buyer journeys to deepen understanding of client needs.
  • Proven success in creating and aligning around a unique value proposition, developing effective sales tools, and translating Product Marketing insights into messaging that drives inquiries and leads.
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate in a fast‑paced, emerging growth company environment, balancing strategic and tactical needs.
  • Advanced fluency in Spanish and English, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
