Job summary

Solstice Advanced Materials seeks a Procurement Transformation Leader to define and execute the procurement transformation strategy across ERP, S2P, and analytics, driving cost, productivity, and supplier collaboration. Based at Monterrey, you will partner with Finance, IT, and business units to deliver sustainable improvements and lead change management, data governance, and technology deployments.

Requires 10+ years in procurement, strong program leadership, and experience with SAP ECC/S4HANA

Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven experience in procurement, transformation, and project management roles.
• Proven experience with procurement ERP modules and S2P/S2C platforms.
• Experience coordinating systems deployments across enterprise sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the procurement transformation roadmap aligned with enterprise objectives.
• Lead end-to-end process redesign across S2C, P2P, and analytics.
• Drive technology deployment including ERP, S2P platforms, RPA and AI.
