Hitachi Energy Mexico is seeking a Procurement Senior Para-Professional to support procurement operations, including RFQs, PO processing, vendor data management, and procurement documentation.

You will work in a hybrid San Luis Potosí environment, with 2 days in the office per week and a potential extension after six months. The role requires an associate degree and at least 1 year in procurement, with SAP experience and strong English skills.

Formación

• Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain support roles.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP and procurement-related modules.
• Upper-intermediate to advanced English required; basic to intermediate Portuguese is a plus.
• Solid understanding of procurement processes, sourcing principles, and purchasing best practices.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the preparation and issuance of RFQs.
• Process purchase requisitions and convert them into purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
• Support vendor selection processes, including basic vendor research and maintaining vendor master data.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and invoice discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, including contracts, purchase orders, and supplier information.
• Assist in monitoring supplier performance and resolving minor issues or disputes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Contribute to the implementation of procurement best practices and process improvements.
• Generate routine procurement reports and analyze basic purchasing data.
