A global specialty chemicals company in Ciudad de Mexico seeks a Procurement Innovation Manager to lead their procurement innovation program. The ideal candidate will drive growth through innovative ideas, coordinate supplier partnerships, and ensure alignment with company growth targets. Essential qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 2+ years of experience in procurement. This role emphasizes strategic thinking and requires excellent analytical and communication skills.
We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Procurement Innovation Manager for the North America region to lead our procurement innovation program, transforming ideas into measurable results through management of the Supplier-Enabled Innovation (SEI) pipeline and strategic partnerships with suppliers. As an individual contributor with no direct reports, you will influence and collaborate across multiple departments through expertise and relationship-building rather than formal authority. This position will be based in Ciudad de Mexico with global reporting.
