Valeo in Querétaro, Mexico, seeks an Industrial Automation Engineer focused on Process/Manufacturing. The role uses IProM and Lean methodologies to analyze equipment modes, design electrical/pneumatic plans, and support ramp-up of new machines to ensure reliable automation.

Responsibilities include monitoring performance (QCDM), driving continuous improvement to reduce cycle times, and implementing automation projects. You will connect PLCs to MES and train production teams for faster reactivity.

• Experience with Lean Process Design Methodology (IProM).
