Job summary

Axiom is seeking a Process Engineering Technician to be based in Guadalajara Norte. You will handle process stoppages, adjust parameters, perform setups and validations, and support Lean initiatives on the shop floor.

The role requires a technical degree in mechatronics or related fields, familiarity with MES and measurement tools, and a proactive approach to process efficiency and quality. This on-site position offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in mechatronics, mechanical, electromechanical, or related field.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 5S.
• Familiar with measurement tools and metrology.
• Office software and MES experience.
• Able to assist in audits and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Attend to line stoppages, adjust parameters, perform setups and validations.
• Monitor parameters, visual/dimensional inspections, documentation.
• Participate in Lean, 5S, improvement proposals, and standardization.
• Support audits, PPE usage, containment and rework.
