Job summary

DRÄXLMAIER Group busca un Ingeniero de Procesos para planificar y controlar procesos en planta de interiores, asegurando eficiencia de producción y calidad solicitada. Se espera puesta en marcha y parametrización de tecnologías para proyectos de industrialización y formación.

Entre las funciones destacan mantener especificaciones, proponer mejoras y gestionar procedimientos de prueba, interpretación de resultados y certificaciones técnicas para cambios.

Qualifications

• . Tus titulaciones: Ingenieria mecatrónica o electromecánica o afín.
• . Ingles avanzado (nivel alto).
• • Experiencia en ingeniería de procesos en la industria automotriz.
• • Conocimientos de IATF 16949, ISO 14001/45001, herramientas estadísticas, DOE y SPC.

Responsibilities

• Mantener especificaciones de productos y procesos.
• Proponer cambios para mejorar rendimiento y cumplir requerimientos del cliente.
• Controlar procedimientos de prueba, estándares y equipos; interpretar resultados.
• Realizar cambios, mostrar resultados y desviaciones.
• Crear certificaciones técnicas para cambios en pruebas y equipos.

Descripción Del Puesto

• Planning and control processes within the Interiors plant for new and existing products; to obtain efficiency in production and deliver products with the quality required by our customers
• Startup and parameterization of several technologies as part of project industrialization and creating training concepts
• Keep product and process specifications as well as test procedures/standards in control
• Suggest product or process changes to increase system performance and/or to better implement customer requirements.
• Control test procedures, Standards and equipment, to achieve the desired results, and interpret the results.
• Make changes, show results and deviations.
• Create technical certification to use for changes in test procedures and equipment, to support new methods and processes.

Requirements

• Professional career: Bachelor's Degree
• Education: Mechatronical Eng., Electromechanical Eng. or related
• Language: English, 3 Advanced Level
• Relevant experience: Process Engineer Experience, Automotive Industry
• Technical knowledge: IATF 16949:2016 Standard, ISO 14001-2015 / ISO 45001:2018, Product integrity, Specific customer requirements, Statistical tools, Troubleshooting Tools, Risk analysis, SPC, DOE, Pneumatics, Electricity, PLC's Programming, Mechanics, Plastic welding, Knowledge of laser drilling technology, parametrization, ABB Robot Programming, Fanuc Robot Programming.
