The Financial Analyst III works on processing daily cases according to the standards established by the customer following productivity and quality, utilizing different methods and tools to be able to process the files for tax reporting.

Responsibilities

• Classifies the daily assigned cases according to the file type and customer account, identifies customer requests, formats excel data provided by clients and delivers to data entry team.
• Classify the daily assigned cases according to the file type and customer account
• Identify customer requests and provide response properly or redirect to other departments when required
• Format the excel documentation received by the customers into the proper format for processing in our system
• Communicate with customers via email to solve questions about the process and notify of any difficulties when processing
• Promote lean and sig sigma projects
• Monitor Projects in various stages of completion

• Microsoft office management proficient.
