A global technology company based in Mexico is seeking a legal professional to provide guidance on privacy matters and ensure compliance with international regulations. Candidates should have 5-8 years of legal experience in privacy, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives. This role involves collaboration with global legal teams and conducting Privacy Impact Assessments, requiring fluency in English and the ability to travel internationally.

Formación

• 5–8 years of relevant legal experience.
• In-house experience in a multinational corporation or top-tier law firm preferred.
• 5+ years operationalizing data privacy in legal, compliance, security, IT, or consulting roles.
• CIPP / CIPT certifications preferred.
• Experience drafting privacy compliance documentation and conducting PIAs.

Responsabilidades

• Advise DX teams on privacy matters.
• Drive compliance with global privacy frameworks.
• Collaborate with legal teams worldwide on regulatory requirements.
• Strengthen governance and address privacy findings.
• Stay current on global privacy laws.
• Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments.
