Formación

• 10+ years delivering enterprise software solutions.
• 5+ years in Solution or Enterprise Architecture.
• Experience contributing to enterprise technology strategy in large organizations.
• Proven delivery experience on large-scale programs.
• Hands-on architecture delivery with a strong engineering background.
• Experience with AI/ML, agentic architecture, cloud-native platforms, and microservices.
• Knowledge of architectural governance and ARB participation.

Experience: 10+ years delivering enterprise software solutions, including 5+ years in Solution or Enterprise Architecture; experience contributing to enterprise technology strategy within large organizations; proven Solution Train or large-scale delivery experience; strong engineering background with hands-on architecture delivery; experience with AI/ML, Agentic Architecture, cloud-native platforms, microservices, and enterprise governance. Insurance, reinsurance, or financial services experience is preferred.
