A leading engineering and manufacturing company seeks an experienced Electronics Engineer to develop test solutions and proposals, manage projects, and provide crisis support. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering and over 8 years of experience. Candidates should possess strong problem-solving, programming, and communication skills. The position may involve international travel and is conducted in a diverse and dynamic environment.

Continuously works to improve core competency, develops test solution proposals, develops test solutions, and provides test crisis support. Exercises judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining results.
Bachelors of Science degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering from a four‑year college or university is required. Masters of Science preferred. More than eight years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to present information effectively and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to work with concepts such as probability and statistical inference, plane and solid geometry, and trigonometry. Ability to apply fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and manage various abstract and concrete variables.
Frequent walking and lifting of PC’s and test equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. Requires close vision and frequent use of computer monitor screens.
Travel may be required for customer support, training, test solution deployment, or other business goals, including international travel.
Primary workstation located in an office area with some time spent on the manufacturing floor. Noise level ranges from low to moderate.
