Role Overview

• Own and evolve our native Android app, built with Kotlin and CLEAN architecture across UI, Domain, and Data layers.
• Lead re-architecture efforts to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability while reducing technical debt.
• Implement new features and UI components based on custom designs, including complex layouts, animations, and transitions.
• Integrate content delivery and localization, ensuring apps communicate effectively with APIs for OTA updates.
• Oversee release cycles, app distribution, and managed configurations in enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with global engineering and product teams to deliver seamless, high-quality Android experiences.
• Support QA and analytics implementation to ensure stability, reliability, and measurable app performance.

Required Expertise

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 7+ years focused on Android native development using Kotlin.
• Proven background in CLEAN architecture and Android Jetpack / AndroidX components (Compose, Navigation, ViewModels).
• Hands‑on experience with Dagger / Hilt, Kotlin Coroutines, Retrofit, and Work Manager.
• Strong knowledge of app distribution, managed devices, and enterprise app store deployment.
• Experience implementing and debugging Firebase or Google Analytics tracking.
• Skilled in building high-performance UIs, motion design, and localized experiences.
• Experience building enterprise-scale Android apps powering interactive or multi-device experiences across global environments.
