Purpose

This position is the entry career level in a complex function designed to be an integral part of the corporate support structure in our Pricing department. This position focuses on supporting all pricing structures across multiple platforms as well as the portal for our carrier partner and internal sales channels.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Update pricing in multiple technology platforms.
• Maintain rules tariffs.
• Monitor group email inbox by handling appropriate items and redistributing requests.
• Invoice resolution support.
• Maintain pricing documents.
• Basic understanding of team processes, products and services, and technology tools.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Familiar with standard analytics concepts, practices, and procedures within shipping business.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with a high competence in Microsoft Excel.
