Empresa Confidencial in Querétaro, Mexico seeks a Pricing Operations Lead responsible for accuracy, governance, control, and operational excellence. You will drive continuous process improvement and strengthen data integrity across pricing programs.

You will lead a high‑performing team, collaborate with Sales, Commercial Finance, Procurement, and Shared Services to resolve issues and align with regional and global priorities, delivering exceptional service.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Pricing, Commercial Finance, FP&A, Pricing Operations, Revenue Management or Trade Finance.
• Proven experience leading teams or coordinating people in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, with SAP experience highly preferred.
• Exposure to CRM, BI, and data analytics tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong financial acumen.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Manage pricing-related activities, including pricing execution, claims, deductions, broker payments, rebates, and trade program support.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs and SLAs to maintain high service levels and drive performance improvements.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and lead process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency, controls, and customer experience.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with pricing policies, governance standards, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with Sales, Commercial Finance, Procurement, Strategic Pricing, and Shared Services teams to resolve operational issues and support business objectives.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and foster strong partnerships to ensure effective service delivery and alignment with regional and global priorities.
• Support the implementation of strategic initiatives, process standardization efforts, and operational excellence programs across the pricing organization.
• Lead a high-performing team while promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and customer focus.

You will be responsible for leading pricing operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, control, and operational excellence. You will play a key role in driving continuous process improvement, strengthening governance, optimizing the internal customer experience, and developing team capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Pricing
• Commercial Finance
• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
• Pricing Operations
• Revenue Management
• Trade Finance
• Proven experience leading teams or coordinating people in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, with SAP experience highly preferred.
• Exposure to CRM, Business Intelligence (BI), and data analytics tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong financial acumen.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
