A global sales & marketing platform is seeking an Account Specialist to join their Premium Support Team. This remote role involves serving as a primary point of contact for Premium accounts, resolving complex technical issues, and ensuring excellent client relations. The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS in Computer Science, experience in B2B SaaS support, and outstanding analytical skills. You will actively contribute to customer success by improving product usage and managing account communications effectively.

Formación

  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate complex concepts easily.
  • Proactive in problem-solving with a client-centric approach.

Responsabilidades

  • Serve as Premium-facing product generalist and Slack-primary responder.
  • Conduct onboarding calls for Premium Support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues via various tools.
  • Monitor customer health signals and follow up on any blockers.
  • Participate in syncs to stay informed on evolving features.
