Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 2 years of experience in manufacturing, particularly with insertion machines. An engineering degree is a plus. This role emphasizes safety and efficiency within a production environment.

Formación

• 2+ years of relevant manufacturing experience with insertion machines.
• Additional education in SMT process or manufacturing is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Start up, shut down, and restart machines per production schedule.
• Adjust chip attach machine processes for product defects.
• Document and monitor critical process parameters.
• Identify, diagnose and troubleshoot process-related problems.
• Assist in changeovers of machines.
