Responsibilities

• Develop and run CMM programs to verify parts against drawings.
• Measure parts to validate characteristics per drawings.
• Create inspection programs for Faro Arm or CMM.
• Maintain the tools, equipment, and calibration database.
• Perform periodic on-site calibration checks and follow through the process.
• Organize and supervise use, handling and storage of tools and equipment.
• Report dysfunctions to the Metrology coordinator and escalate when needed.
• Provide metrology support to other departments.
• Lead or assist improvement projects as required.
