The ideal candidate is a student in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology, with a basic knowledge of HR practices. Key skills include proficiency in MS Office and advanced English. Formación

  • Filtering resumes and conducting initial candidate selection.
  • Reviewing and validating documentation for new hire candidates.
  • Assisting with photo taking and badge printing for new hires.
  • Providing employee assistance and managing employee files.
  • Preparing documents and welcome kits for new employees.

Responsibilities
  • Filtering resumes and conducting initial candidate selection.
  • Reviewing and validating documentation for new hire candidates.
  • Assisting with photo taking, badge printing, and fingerprinting for new hires.
  • Providing employee assistance, including distributing cafeteria tickets, assigning lockers, and supporting transport route assignments.
  • Participating in pre-selection interviews with HR personnel.
  • Preparing documents and welcome kits for new employees.
  • Coordinating induction and training sessions, including room reservations and coffee breaks.
  • Ensuring new employees complete orientation forms.
  • Updating and maintaining the employee database for Snappy gift seniority awards.
  • Managing employee files and documentation.
  • Collaborating on internal communication management, such as bulletin boards, WhatsApp, and flyer design.
  • Supporting new hire contract signing and renewals.
  • Participating in specific HR department projects, such as implementing new personnel management systems.
  • Engaging in HR continuous improvement projects.
  • Writing and sending internal communications.
  • Managing newsletters.
  • Supporting the planning and execution of internal meetings and events.
  • Participating in employee satisfaction surveys and analyzing results.
Qualifications
  • Student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Basic knowledge of Human Resources. (Desirable)
