Copeland busca un Practicante de Calidad para apoyar procesos y control de documentos. Se enfocará en la recolección y captura de datos de mediciones de productos para generación de gráficas y aprobación del producto, con auditorías de calidad.

Experiencia con equipos de medición como Vernier, micrómetro y administración de documentos. Se requiere Ingeniería en curso y manejo de Excel, PowerPoint, Word y Outlook; objetivo: identificar variaciones de proceso y trabajar en causas raíz.

Formación

• Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica o afín.
• Uso de Excel, PowerPoint, Word y Outlook.
• Proyecto: reducción de defectos dimensionales/visuals en prensas.

Responsabilidades

• Registro y captura de fallas y datos de mediciones.
• Actualización de gráficas de desempeño en áreas de prensa y winding.
• Apoyo en la administración de documentos controlados y auditorías.
• Soporte en actividades de ingeniería e instrucciones técnicas.

Practicante De Calidad

Short Description Practicante del Area de Calidad dando soporte a Procesos y Control de Documentos, Captura de Datos y analisis de Datos. Descripción del Puesto. Recoleccion y Captura de datos de mediciones del producto para generacion de graficas, y aprobacion del producto, auditorias de producto, realizacion de graficas de fallas electricas, soporte en la adminsitracion de documentos controlados. Conocimientos en equipos de medicion tales como Vernier, micrometro de altura, micrometro de exteriores. Requisitos Ingenieria Industrial, Mecanica o a fin Seguro Facultativo Cursando los ultimos semestres Uso de Computadora (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook) Proyecto: Reducción de defectos dimensionales/ visuales para el área de prensas. Objetivo: Identificar variaciones de proceso para trabajar en el problema de causa raíz.

Actividades a realizar

• Registro y captura de fallas eléctricas Winding
• Captura de información FTY y PMM – área Die Cast y Winding
• Actualización de gráficas de desempeño: Celdas, ISE, Die Cast y D&B
• Captura de indicadores OEE
• Captura y reporte gráfico de reparaciones
• Captura de gráficos en área de Prensas
• Impresión de formatos de producción Winding y Check list Auditores (todas las áreas)
• Soporte en actividades de Ing. (instrucciones, AV, alertas de Calidad)
• Seguimiento de 5s en los laboratorios
• Identificar variaciones de proceso
