Stanley Black & Decker busca un analista de RR.HH. con experiencia en desarrollo e implementación de HRIS y manejo de Power BI para apoyar iniciativas de transformación digital en el área de RRHH. Se valorará capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y colaborar en equipos multidisciplinarios.

El rol, ubicado en Reynosa, requiere disponibilidad y manejo de herramientas de IA y Windows para optimizar procesos y reportes de RR.HH. Ofrecen desarrollo profesional en un entorno tecnológico y global.

Formación

• Conocimientos en desarrollo e implementación de sistemas de RRHH (HRIS).
• Capacidad analítica para interpretar datos de RRHH y generar insights.
• Necesaria proactividad y capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
