Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of logistics principles and supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Spanish.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting.
• Proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn about logistics operations.
• Familiarity with inventory management software or ERP systems is a plus.
• English proficiency is an advantage.
• Must be able to commute to our Zapopan, Jalisco office for scheduled in-office days.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating transportation and shipping activities to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Support inventory management processes, including stock monitoring, receiving, and dispatching.
• Help in processing and tracking orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve operational issues.
• Assist in preparing operational reports and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct research on logistics best practices and potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Support the implementation of process improvements within the operations department.
• Help maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and operational data.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
