Royalton Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Junior BI Developer (Power BI) to design, implement, and enhance reporting solutions that drive data-backed decisions across Finance, Operations, and Revenue. You will contribute to moving reporting workloads to Power BI while ensuring accuracy and performance.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, Data Engineers, and the BI team to deliver scalable, user-friendly dashboards and maintain clear documentation.

Formación

• 2+ years building Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query, SQL, and visual best practices.
• Experience translating business requirements into BI solutions.
• Nice to have Fabric, Azure, or SAPBO familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Create DAX measures and Power Query transformations with interactive visuals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into BI solutions.
• Support migration of legacy reports to Power BI and ensure data accuracy.
• Troubleshoot issues, validate data, and optimize performance.
• Work with Data Engineers and BI team to deliver scalable reporting.
