Sanko Plastisc Mexico Corporation S.A. de C.V. seeks a Plastic Injection Molding Engineer to optimize manufacturing processes and troubleshoot production issues in a fast-paced plastics environment.

You will coordinate process improvements, support customers, and ensure product quality and safety standards. The role requires a degree in engineering, 3–5 years of injection molding experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Lean, Six Sigma, and DOE methodologies.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Plastics, or related).
• 3–5 years of experience in plastic injection molding processes.
• Knowledge of injection molding parameters, mold design, plastics materials, and defect resolution.
• Experience in customer relations, project management, and handling technical requirements.
• English essential for communication with customers and suppliers.
• Proficiency in quality and continuous improvement tools (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, DOE).
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and optimize plastic injection molding processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in production and coordinate improvements in molds, process parameters, and materials.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to implement manufacturing improvements.
• Provide technical support to customers, address their requirements, and coordinate molding trials according to their specifications.
• Analyze and reduce injection defects using problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5W, Ishikawa, etc.).
• Develop and document procedures for process standardization.
• Coordinate testing of new molds and materials with suppliers and customers.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards in production.
