Formación

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, production management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing/production; at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Proven ability to analyze and improve operational processes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
