About the Role

This role is responsible for leading and conducting scientific research aimed at developing innovative and sustainable agricultural solutions, improving nutrient use efficiency, and enhancing crop performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct plant nutrition research related to biostimulant efficacy.
• Analyze nutrient uptake, assimilation, metabolism, and plant growth response.
• Design and execute scientific experiments focused on nutrient efficiency and plant performance.
• Prepare scientific reports and technical documentation based on research findings.
• Collaborate with global R&D teams on plant nutrition innovation projects.

Qualifications

• PhD in Plant Nutrition (preferred)
• PhD or Master’s degree in Agronomy or Plant Physiology
