Modine Manufacturing Company in Mexico is seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee employee relations, environmental health & safety efforts, benefits administration, policy implementation, recruiting and training coordination at the plant.

You will supervise the Medical Department, manage personnel files, and coordinate union activities along with wage/benefit surveys to maintain competitive position in the local market.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–7 years of Human Resources experience.
• Experience supervising in a manufacturing setting.
• Bilingual Spanish/English communication/interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure selection of reliable qualified employees based on evaluation of skills, experience, and references.
• Administer work rules and maintain fair policies and procedures.
• Communicate policies to employees and ensure enforcement.
• Maintain employee relations and keep management advised on issues/concerns.
• Coordinate with union representatives and complete collective bargaining activities.
• Conduct wage/benefit surveys and suggest competitive changes.
