You will collaborate with finance and other functions, developing leadership and analytical skills. The role targets enrolled bachelor’s students in finance-related fields, with advanced English and a flexible, four-hour to eight-hour schedule.

Formación

• Currently enrolled bachelor’s student in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Actuarial Science, or Industrial Engineering.
• Ability to apply financial concepts to real operations in a manufacturing setting.
• English proficiency at an advanced level.

Responsabilidades

• Provide financial leadership in operations and two projects.
• Identify efficiencies in operations and materials usage.
• Collaborate with finance and cross-functional teams like PS, Warehouse, and Engineering.
• Develop leadership and financial management skills on concrete projects.
• Engage in mentorship and a customized learning plan.
