Bosch in Querétaro seeks a Plant Controlling Manager to lead the controlling activities for the plant, either directly or through a team. You will drive budgeting, reporting and cost control strategies across the site.

The role requires 5+ years in automotive finance/controlling, strong SAP and Power BI skills, and fluent English and Spanish. You will partner with multiple departments to optimize financial performance and comply with corporate guidelines.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years in the automotive industry and 5–10 years in Finance/Controlling in an industrial setting.
• Advanced English and Spanish.
• SAP, Excel, Power BI and project management tools experience.

Responsabilidades

• Coaches controlling team members to support their professional development.
• Establishes or recommends corporate economic strategies, objectives and policies to management.
• Leads and coordinates ratio project planning to achieve target cost structures.
• Oversees the preparation of budgets and supporting documentation.
• Prepares reports forecasting the company’s financial position, including Monthly Business Reports and Forecasts.
• Handles investment calculations for plant projects and long-term cost simulations.
• Provides management with timely reviews of financial status and performance.
• Collaborates with Querétaro departments as a business partner.
