Valeo offers a Management Trainee/Apprentice internship at our site in Mexico. The role supports the Plant Director by organizing the agenda, coordinating meeting rooms, and arranging transport and logistics for visitors.

You will also facilitate site visits and prepare detailed cost reports for Managers, gaining hands-on exposure to governance and operations. We seek a student in Administration or a related field with at least one year of study, possessing advanced English, a service mindset,

Formación

• Student enrolled in Administration or a related field with at least one year of study.
• Fluent or advanced English communication is required.
• Demonstrated service orientation and willingness to help colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Director of Plant schedule and calendar.
• Coordinate meeting room reservations according to calendar needs.
• Arrange transportation, lodging and logistics for plant visitors.
• Organize site visits from arrival to departure, including PPE coordination.
• Prepare detailed travel and accommodation expense reports for Managers.
