SmartRecruiters, Inc. plant Celaya is seeking an Indirect Material Planner to manage procurement of spare parts and consumables, maintain stock levels, and ensure timely replenishment of the indirect materials warehouse to support operations.

The role requires experience in purchasing and inventory management, knowledge of warehouse operations and ERP systems, and a degree in a related field. Strong negotiation and organizational skills are essential.

The Indirect Material Planner is responsible the procurement of spare parts and
consumables, the inventory control, and efficient replenishment of the indirect materials
warehouse. The role ensures that spare parts and consumables are readily available to
meet operational needs while maintaining optimal stock levels and adhering to cost control
procedures

1. Proven experience in purchasing and inventory management, preferably in a mechanical
or industrial environment.
2. Knowledge of warehouse operations, stock control, and order fulfillment.
3. Proficiency in inventory management software or ERP systems.
4. Understanding of spare parts and equipment used in the industry is a plus.

Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is
preferred.

fast-paced environment.
