Personal Property Claims Analyst Supervisor

These various offerings include products and services that help businesses and individuals protect their assets and manage risks.

About the role
  • Leadership – Support the business segments with expertise and partnership.
  • Claims review – Manage the to‑do list and coordinate with independent adjusters.
  • Customer service – Provide support to policyholders, agents, and executives via email and phone.
  • Equipment claims adjustment – Prepare adjustments, quote similar equipment, request requirements, and collect signatures for agreements.
  • Payments – Process payments to insured, suppliers, and capture entries in the SISE claims system.
  • Reserve adjustments – File adjustments in the regulatory electronic repository and close reserves.
  • Anti‑money laundering – Request and review AML requirements.
  • Bank account registration – Register bank accounts (folio registration).
  • Claims notifications – Prepare and distribute rejection letters, prepare notifications to the underwriting team, and interact with SIU.
  • Recording recoveries – Record recoveries in the claims system and register non‑cash recoveries in favor of the insured.
  • Follow‑up – Follow up on claims assigned to independent adjusters, review reports, and adjust reserves.
Qualifications
  • Academic background in Business or Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the insurance industry.
  • Strategic, results‑based leader with analytical focus.
  • Technical, regulatory, and legal knowledge.
  • Operational process focus, continuous improvement, and NPS satisfaction experience.
  • Supervision, analysis, monitoring, and processing of catastrophe or contingent catastrophe coverage claims.
  • Experience managing property, energy, and marine claims for commercial and personal lines.
  • Critical skills – attention to detail, analysis, organization, customer service, sense of urgency, teamwork.
