Position: Performance Marketing Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to strategize, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across aggregator channels. This role is pivotal in driving visibility, traffic, and conversions through metasearch and comparison platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of aggregator platform mechanics, bid management, campaign optimization, and performance analysis, coupled with a data-driven mindset to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with broader marketing objectives, continuously improving effectiveness through strategic adjustments and data insights. Responsibilities

Strategy & Campaign Development:

  • Develop comprehensive strategies for aggregator platforms, selecting channels that align with target markets, costs, and conversion potential.
  • Deploy cost-effective, scalable campaigns in the competitive aggregator space.
  • Craft engaging visuals and copy for aggregator listings to captivate target audiences.
  • Compete for higher placement in search results to maximize click volume and visibility.
  • Design and implement bidding strategies tailored to audience behavior and seasonal trends.
  • Optimize direct conversions and grow the overall channel mix through strategic positioning.
  • Leverage data to make aggregator engines a powerful distribution channel.
  • Set bid limits and allocate resources strategically to ensure cost-effective campaigns.
  • Adapt bid strategies based on market conditions and competitive landscapes.

Performance Analysis & Optimization:

  • Track and analyze performance across aggregator models, including PPC, CPA, and hybrid options.
  • Monitor platform-specific metrics and benchmarks to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Understand the digital customer journey and optimize aggregator efforts within the broader digital landscape.
  • Focus on conversion rate as the primary success metric, refining campaigns accordingly.
  • Analyze competitor listings and strategies to improve positioning and differentiation.
  • Ensure rate parity across direct channels and third-party listings to maximize conversion potential.
  • Launch omnichannel campaigns to achieve a balanced online booking strategy.
  • Use analytics to make data-driven decisions for effective marketing and distribution strategies.
  • Monitor key metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROAS in real-time.

Technical Skills & Requirements:

  • Backend Development: Experience in backend systems to support aggregator marketing operations.
  • Databricks: Proficiency in using Databricks for data analysis, pipeline creation, and campaign optimization.
  • API Feed Logistics: Strong understanding of API feed logistics, including integration with partners and aggregators.
  • API Feeds with Partners / Aggregators: Expertise in managing and optimizing API feeds to ensure seamless data flow and campaign performance.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing with demonstrated success in aggregator or metasearch campaign management.
  • Deep understanding of pricing models (CPC, CPA, hybrid) and their applications across platforms.
  • Experience with major aggregator platforms and their unique requirements and audience behaviors.
  • Knowledge of omnichannel marketing and integration of aggregator strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimize listings and campaign performance.
  • Proven ability to develop bidding and pricing strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Experience leveraging performance data to refine marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with campaign management automation and performance tracking tools.
  • Understanding of differences between aggregator platforms and direct booking channels.
Work Arrangement

Remote: Fully remote within México location.
