About the position

Calii is undergoing a quick expansion, and we're creating a one-of-a-kind Marketing team to accelerate brand awareness and user acquisition for our #1 rated app.

As Performance Marketing Analyst, you'll be working hand-in-hand with our Head of Marketing to oversee our digital marketing strategy.

Your main function is to use data to plan, implement and optimize our performance marketing efforts across paid social channels.

You'll be tracking and reporting related metrics, ensuring that we have a comprehensive testing strategy to hit all of our ambitious goals.

We're looking for a stellar individual to 10x our performance marketing strategy, and help build the department at a company that seeks to serve 10,000 people per day in over 12 cities all over the country.

Responsibilities
  • Developing Calii's performance marketing strategy, alongside Calii's Head of Marketing
  • Optimizing campaign budget and spend across digital channels
  • Identifying opportunities in new channels
  • Planning, executing and optimizing for KPIs via paid and organic channels
Sample Activities
  • Work closely with the Tech team to ensure traceability of the different initiatives
  • Monitor campaign performance on leading social channels
  • Deploy the design team to incorporate data-driven insights into new campaign ideas
  • Curate analytics to communicate insights accurately yet concisely
