Novartis is seeking a Performance Analytics & GenAI Manager to drive AI-driven transformation in Ciudad de México. You will lead the AI roadmap, translate business needs into scalable analytics, and partner with cross-functional teams to deploy high-impact AI solutions.

You will coordinate training, track outcomes, and ensure governance and security standards across initiatives while supporting local planning and documentation efforts.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience delivering analytics, machine learning, or generative AI solutions in business environments.
• Experience managing end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, including development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Strong understanding of AI governance, including model documentation and responsible use principles.
• Experience automating processes using data and AI to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
