Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, Pedagogy, Psychology, or related field with a focus on inclusion.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with students with diverse learning needs in an educational setting.
• In-depth knowledge of special education laws, methodologies, and assistive technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with diverse learning needs.
• Collaborate with teachers to adapt curriculum and teaching methods to meet the needs of all learners.
• Provide direct support and intervention to students requiring additional assistance.
• Conduct observations and assessments to identify students' strengths and areas for growth.
• Work closely with parents and external specialists to coordinate support services.
