About the Role

Based in Toluca, State of Mexico , this role is crucial in developing and refining the educational framework for our preschool programs. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate innovative curricula for preschool education (ages 3-6) aligned with national educational standards and best practices.

• Design and source educational materials, resources, and activities that are engaging and developmentally appropriate.
• Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to teachers on curriculum implementation and pedagogical strategies.
• Collaborate with teachers and administrators to ensure consistent delivery and quality of education across all classrooms.
• Research and stay current with advancements in early childhood education, curriculum development, and pedagogical theories.

Requirements
