International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. seeks a PCA Specialist to partner with plant managers, analyze cost development, and support budgeting and forecasting. You will maintain standard costing templates, govern material master data, and lead monthly variance forecasting across manufacturing sites.

The role requires 3+ years in cost analysis, strong analytical skills, and experience with SAP in a manufacturing setting. Hybrid role based in Mexico City area.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 3+ years cost analysis or financial planning in manufacturing.
• Intermediate English; strong analytical skills.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Familiarity with standard costing and SAP/ERP.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a financial partner to Plant Managers, providing insights into operational performance and cost efficiency.
• Analyze product cost development, unit cost trends, and productivity metrics to support decision-making.
• Coordinate the annual budgeting process at the plant level, focusing on cost, capacity, and product impact.
• Maintain and improve standard costing templates, including governance of material master data.
• Lead monthly production cost variance forecasting with plant leadership.
• Ensure strong Standard Costing template with governance of Material Master.
• Coordinate monthly production cost variance forecast with Plant Manager and local leadership.
• Prepare monthly plant reports using global tools and plant-specific analysis.
• Support Integrated Operations initiatives and help plants meet productivity targets.
• Participate in global projects related to process and IT improvements within Plant Cost Analysis.
