Aptiv is seeking a PC&L (Production Control & Logistics) Readiness Coordinator to manage the supply chain, material flow, and launch prep for new programs or engineering changes.

You will ensure launches meet logistics, packaging, and timing requirements, oversee material information flow, and coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, and engineering to mitigate risks. Strong ERP and Excel skills are essential, with 3–5 years in manufacturing settings and fluent English.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience in production control, logistics or supply chain planning within a manufacturing environment (automotive or industrial preferred).
• Strong proficiency in ERP systems (like SAP or Oracle), MRP logic, and advanced Excel.
• High English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Launch readiness: Ensure new product launches or engineering changes meet logistics, packaging, and material timing requirements without disrupting current production.
• Material & Information Flow: Implement and oversee PC&L standards, such as MIFA, inventory levels, and supplier capacity.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with manufacturing, procurement, engineering, and program management to identify supply risks and capacity constraints.
• Inventory Control: Monitor lead times, safety stock, and potential obsolescence to prevent shortages or excess stock during transitions.
• Supplier Monitoring: Track supplier readiness, delivery schedules, and performance metrics to guarantee a smooth flow of materials.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Launch Readiness: Ensure new product launches or engineering changes meet all logistics, packaging, and material timing requirements without disrupting current production.
• Material & Information Flow: Implement and oversee PC&L standards, such as Material Information Flow Analysis (MIFA), inventory levels, and supplier capacity.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with manufacturing, procurement, engineering, and program management to identify supply risks and capacity constraints.
• Inventory Control: Monitor lead times, safety stock, and potential obsolescence (E&O) to prevent shortages or excess stock during transitions.
• Supplier Monitoring: Track supplier readiness, delivery schedules, and performance metrics to guarantee a smooth flow of materials.

Your Background

• Education: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Operations, or Engineering.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in production control, logistics, or supply chain planning within a manufacturing environment (automotive or industrial preferred).
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in ERP systems (like SAP or Oracle), MRP logic, and advanced Excel. High English proficiency.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, cross-functional communication, and project management skills. E&O avoidance analysis and risk assessment knowledge
