The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, experience in payroll, and fluency in both English and Spanish. Formación

The Opportunity
Your Impact

As Payroll Inputs Analyst, your functions would consist of supporting HR operation across LATAM for payroll incidence consolidation, ensuring compliance with legal guidelines, company policies and employee payroll processes; guaranteeing cero errors and generating value added services and processes of the Organization.

Responsibilities
  • Validate reception of information of the different legacy systems of all worklocations ensuring the necessary information for payment
  • Document errors of legacy systems in log errors identifying critical cases
  • Perform Control Reports as preventive control for incorrect payments
  • Perform Variation Report detecting deviations that imply undue payments
  • Compare employee master report and Payroll system, identifying differences and making the necessary corrections
  • Run vacation bonus report ensuring correct payments
  • Verify applicable concepts according to each payroll área
  • Validate error log of payroll inputs; deriving in making corrections
  • Release of information for generation of payroll preview
  • Record corrections requested by Payroll Team and / or GIs on payroll preview
  • Releases definitive load for payroll to Payroll team
  • Response to Enlace’s ticket assigned to the area for clarification of payments and / or discounts applied as 2nd experts level
  • Registers in payroll system amounts for contingency payroll
  • Preparation of log and reconciliation of incidents sent to PY for payment
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
  • Desirable functional knowledge for HR processes
  • 2+ years of payroll processes experience preferred
  • 80% fluent in English and 100% Spanish (Written & Verbal skills)
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel, Power Point, Word
