A cloud-based SaaS provider in Torreón, Mexico, is seeking a Payment Implementation Specialist to manage customer onboarding to their AP Payments platform. This role involves leading onboarding communications, configuring payment systems for clients, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance customer experience. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, at least 1 year of relevant experience, and a customer-focused attitude. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred. A dynamic and supportive work environment awaits.

Formación

  • 1+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or customer support.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed.
  • Customer-focused with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Comfortable working in fast-changing, cross-functional environments.

Responsabilidades

  • Own onboarding timelines and outcomes from Sales handoff through post-go-live transition.
  • Lead onboarding communications, kickoff calls, and alignment on prerequisites.
  • Configure AP Payments for verified legal entities and bank accounts.
  • Support customers through their first AP Payments run.
  • Conduct post-go-live check-ins and structured handoff to Customer Success.
