Amazon Mexico is seeking an experienced payments leader to own the strategy and execution of the Mexico payment experience, spanning checkout, wallets, and diverse payment methods. You will collaborate with Retail, Digital, Fraud & Abuse, Tech, and Product teams to improve acceptance rates, drive wallet adoption, and optimize key metrics like ASR and PSR while operating in a high-ambiguity environment.

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• +6 years of experience evaluating and improving customer journeys.
• Experience driving process improvements.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Lead end-to-end payments strategy across all payment methods and experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize key metrics (ASR, PSR) and wallet penetration.
• Define and implement UX strategies for payment methods and cost-efficient payment options.
