Formación

  • At least five years of experience in pastry production.
  • Minimum of two years as Demi Chef de Partie Pastry.
  • Solid knowledge of Food Safety standards.

Responsabilidades

  • Supervise the pastry team to ensure quality.
  • Control food consumption and manage costs.
  • Create daily production schedules and monitor consumption.
  • Train and coach pastry staff on methods and techniques.

Conocimientos

Formal qualification in pastry arts
Experience in large pastry production
Knowledge of Public Health regulations
Ability to supervise multicultural teams
Command of the English language
Understanding of guest service

Educación
